It happened.“It” being the moment when you give into a craving, the moment you skip the gym for the nearest drive-thru window and the moment when you look at the scale and you’ve gained weight. That’s right ya’ll, I fell off the wagon…January started off good. I made it to my −20 lb marker plus two more pounds lost. I had all of these new years goals of two-a-day workouts and clean eating, maybe even going vegetarian. and then “it” happened… I lost all motivation and self control. Two weeks of poor eating and only 3 trips to the gym brought the scale number up two pounds. The silver lining in this blog post is that I realize I’m going to fall off the wagon occasionally. Because realistically I can’t cut out comfort food from my life forever and I won’t make it to the gym everyday. What I realized and what I’ve come to live by is thatevery day is a new day. a clean slate. start again now.. not tomorrow. not monday and sure as heck not next month. So I got back on the wagon today. I hit up the gym with an impressive ab workout and some good cardio.I made a mini goal to be under 160 lbs by the end of this month.I CAN DO IT!
